Order Cancellation Fee

All canceled order's will be accessed a 10% cancellation fee once the order has been place but not shipped.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns without management approval.
If management approval is given then a return authorization number will be provided.
Returned packages will be refused without a return authorization number.
There is a non-negotiable 20% restocking for returned merchandise.
The exception to the restocking fee will be at management's desecration.
If a incorrect item was purchased we will normally work with you to exchange the item. The circumstance will dictate the outcome.
All returns must be in the original packaging and unused condition.
If the merchandise show signs of damage from misuse or improper installation no return will be excepted.
There is a 30 day warranty from defects.
There is a 15 day return policy with a return authorization number.
All prices are subject to change without notice.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Packages Deemed to be delivered by the carrier (Federal Express, UPS or USPS) and are reported missing which would include supposedly Stolen, not in mail receptacle or not to be found. You the customer are responsible. We can file a claim if it was insured but there are times when the carrier can verify delivery by GPS (Global positioning System). If that is the case we will not by held responsible (liable) to replace your merchandise and you will be with out your items. We are sorry but we have ran into dishonest individuals and a small company like us is put in a less than desirable financial position due to fraud. Please be sure to track your packages and check your mail receptacle daily. Mail that is left in the mail box or on the porch is very likely to be stolen!
